Living & Dining Areas: One of the apartment's highlights is its generous social space, with two connected sitting areas that give everyone room to spread out. The main living room features comfortable sofas, armchairs and a TV, making it an inviting spot for a quiet evening after a day outdoors. Closer to the kitchen, a second sitting area with rattan furniture offers another cosy corner for reading, chatting or enjoying a morning coffee. The open-plan layout connects these spaces with the dining area and kitchen, creating a practical and sociable setting for families and friends. Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped for preparing everything from a quick breakfast before heading to the beach to a relaxed dinner at home. It includes a stovetop, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. A dining table for four provides a convenient place to enjoy meals together. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. ￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. ￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest.
