Just 650 meters from the stunning coastline, it's ideally located for those looking to enjoy both the tranquility of coastal living and easy access to the city. Equipped with modern amenities, a small balcony, and a workspace, this studio is designed for comfort and convenience.


Space

- Building Charming studio (28 square meters) located in a quiet residential area with a relaxing atmosphere, in the coastal city of Matosinhos. Perfect for couples or remote workers seeking a peaceful living experience without giving up proximity to the city. Situated near the Leça River estuary, you will be just a short distance from the Porto de Leixões and the region’s beautiful beaches – Matosinhos Beach is only 650 meters away. Access to the building is through number 225, but the studio is in the building numbered 217 – identified by its blue exterior. The studio is on the first floor, accessible by stairs (2 flights of 9 steps). It includes a free parking space in a garage, suitable for vehicles up to 1.85m in width and 3.5m in length. Simplicity and elegance define this cozy studio, decorated with 1950s inspiration, featuring neutral tones complemented by colorful details. - Living/Sleeping Area This area includes a stylish and comfortable two-seater sofa, a cozy double bed (140cm x 200cm), and a 40" TV. A large built-in wardrobe provides plenty of storage space for all your belongings. - Work Area A bright workspace with access to the small balcony, equipped with an elegant desk and a comfortable chair. - Kitchen Fully equipped, the kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your favorite meals with ease. It includes a stove, oven, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine (coffee not included). - Bathroom Modern bathroom with a shower. As it is an interior room, we recommend keeping the door open whenever possible and regularly ventilating the studio to minimize moisture accumulation and any associated odors. The studio also features a washer-dryer. The water heating is done via a water heater. If the hot water runs out, please be aware that it will take some time for the tank to be reheated. Things to know: - The living/sleeping area is interior, and the window allows natural light to enter only through the kitchen, not directly from the outside. - The TV is connected to Wi-Fi but does not include cable channels; you can use your own streaming accounts. - Construction work in the vicinity of the apartment; some noise might occur during the day

Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00. Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am.
