To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance.

Basic items are provided for your arrival, including toiletries for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only; replacements or refills are not included. ￫ Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed linen and towel kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. ￫ The cleaning fee included in your reservation only covers the check-out cleaning. Extra cleaning services or additional linen changes can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee — these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, the keys must be placed inside the lockbox. Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ During the stay, guests are responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property keys. Please do not leave the keys in the door lock or in the mailbox. If technical assistance is required to open the door, or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the resulting costs will be charged to the guest.
