Here, daily life unfolds at the pace of the neighborhood, with cafés, local shops and convenient access to explore the city. - Living Area & Dining Space The living area is bright and comfortable, designed for relaxing after a day out in Lisbon. With a sofa and TV, it’s a welcoming space to unwind, while the dining area, integrated and close to the kitchen, features a table for 4, ideal for shared meals. - Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use, allowing you to prepare meals with ease throughout your stay. It includes: • 4-burner electric stovetop • Oven • Microwave • Coffee machine • Washing machine - Bedrooms The apartment features two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200), both with built-in wardrobes and good natural light. One of the bedrooms is a suite, offering added privacy and comfort. - Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms: • One ensuite bathroom with a bathtub • A second bathroom with a shower Both are designed to ensure practicality and comfort during your stay. - Terrace & Balcony The apartment features a terrace and a balcony, creating a pleasant connection to the outdoors. The terrace, accessible from the living room and the ensuite bedroom, includes a dining table, perfect for sunny breakfasts or relaxed meals at the end of the day. The balcony, more private and facing the back of the building, is accessible from the kitchen and the second bedroom. - Comfort & Atmosphere Natural light flows throughout the apartment, creating a bright and comfortable environment.
