- Building Apartment located on the first floor of a historic building in the emblematic Chiado, one of the most cosmopolitan and bustling neighborhoods in Lisbon. Once the intellectual and romantic center of Portuguese life in the 19th century, it became an important commercial hub of the capital in the 20th century. True to its cultural roots, Chiado is home to several museums and theaters. The building has an elevator. Given the bustling nature of the area, some external noise is to be expected. Additionally, it is a very touristy zone with many restaurants and bars. The street where the building is located is strictly pedestrian access only; however, access for cars (Rua da Misericórdia) is just a few steps away. Street parking (paid) is very limited, but there are parking lots nearby. - Living Room The cozy living room includes a sofa bed, TV, and dining table. - Bedroom In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed and a large built-in wardrobe to keep your belongings organized! - Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, Delta espresso machine (coffee not included), and washing machines for both clothes and dishes. - Bathroom The bathroom features a bathtub and a towel heater. The entire apartment has central heating.

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important. ￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. ￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. ￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. ￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. ￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms. ￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. ￫ Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities.
