Basic items are provided upon arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only—replacements or refills are not included. ￫ Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. An additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge upon check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation only covers the check-out cleaning. Additional cleaning services or linen changes can be requested during your stay, subject to an extra fee—these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM (an additional cost of €25 applies for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
