Graça is a historic neighbourhood perched on the highest of Lisbon’s seven hills. It’s a picturesque area, known for its stunning views, grand buildings, and one of the city’s most iconic viewpoints — recently renovated. Located near the famous São Jorge Castle, it’s a charming district full of character. Given its hilly streets, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes.

Ideal for couples, small families, or curious travelers in search of authenticity.
Tucked into the heights of Lisbon’s Graça neighborhood, this bright and charming apartment offers a front-row seat to the city’s most authentic side. From Rua da Verónica, one of the area’s quiet yet central streets, you’ll be steps away from traditional bakeries, iconic viewpoints, and the laid-back rhythm of everyday life in one of Lisbon’s oldest quarters. The Space - Living Room Bathed in natural light, the living area is a welcoming space to unwind after a day exploring the city. Enjoy a film on the flat-screen TV, read by the window, or simply take in the sweeping views of Lisbon’s rooftops and the Tagus River. The sofa unfolds into a comfortable bed, perfect for an extra guest. - Bedroom The bedroom features a plush king-size bed and direct access to a small balcony — the ideal spot for a quiet morning coffee with a view that stretches across the city and down to the river. - Kitchen Compact but fully equipped, the kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, stovetop, kettle, and filter coffee maker (please note coffee is not included). Whether you’re prepping breakfast or a simple dinner, you’ll find what you need. - Bathroom The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Clean and functional for daily routines. Why Stay Here? - Unbeatable views over Lisbon and the Tagus River — a rare find in such a central, authentic neighborhood - Prime location in Graça: walk to Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, Tram 28, Feira da Ladra, Alfama, and more - Real Lisbon experience: live among locals, greet the neighbors, and enjoy the atmosphere of bakeries, groceries, and traditional cafés - Ideal base for couples, small families, or remote workers who value light-filled, peaceful spaces - Well-equipped for longer stays, with a kitchen, washing machine, and workspace-friendly dining area Good to Know To ensure full transparency, here are a few things to be aware of before booking: - The building has two elevators, although they are currently under maintenance. Access will need to be made via the stairs. - Being an older building, the plumbing is dated — occasional odors from the bathroom may occur - The apartment is located in a steep and hilly area - common in Graça - which may require more effort when walking - During June, the area hosts the lively Santos Populares festivities, with outdoor music, food stands, and dancing in the streets. This is part of Lisbon’s culture — fun but noisy
After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).
