Tucked away on a quiet cobblestone lane in Graça, this tiny 28 sqm studio is the kind of place made for travelers who want to explore the city all day and come home to a peaceful, charming corner of Lisbon. The space is small, but bright, well-designed and wrapped in the authentic atmosphere that makes Graça one of the city’s most loved neighborhoods. - Sleeping Area & Balcony: Inside, you’ll find a cozy sleeping area with a comfortable double bed and direct access to a private balcony overlooking a leafy courtyard. The large avocado tree above the balcony adds shade and privacy - and if there happen to be ripe avocados during your stay, you’re welcome to pick one and enjoy it. - Kitchenette: The kitchenette is compact but thoughtfully equipped for simple meals, with natural light filling the dining nook by the window. - Bathroom: The bathroom, finished in a bold blue tone, has a clean walk-in shower and everything you need for a short stay. Good to Know: This is a traditional Lisbon building, which means character and also a few quirks: - The wooden ceiling can make the occasional footsteps from upstairs audible, and the area’s local cafés and nearby bar may create nighttime noise. - June is festive season, so expect music and lively streets. - The studio is on the ground floor, set on a narrow, typical Lisbon street. - While there’s no air conditioning, a fan is provided. - During heavy rain periods, the studio might be more prone to humidity, For travelers who value location, authenticity and the charm of a private balcony in one of Lisbon’s most iconic hilltop neighborhoods, this studio is a simple, comfortable and inviting base to experience the city at your own rhythm.

For your comfort and flexibility, our Hospitality Team will provide a self-check-in at the property. A code will be informed to open the lockbox and collect the keys. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important. ￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in time starts at 14:00. Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. ￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys in the lockbox. ￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded.
