It is a functional choice for guests planning to spend most of the day exploring the city and looking for a comfortable place to rest afterwards. - Shared Bathrooms The room does not have a private bathroom. Guests have access to three shared bathrooms, all with showers, used by guests staying in the six rooms without private bathrooms. At busier times, there may occasionally be a short wait. - Shared Living & Dining Area The guesthouse includes a shared living and dining area with a sofa, TV and dining table. There is also access to a shared balcony, ideal for a coffee or a quiet break between city plans. - Shared Kitchen The shared kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, making it easy to prepare breakfast or simple meals during your stay. We’ll provide a few welcome basics, like hygiene products and coffee capsules, but anything else will need to be purchased by you. ￫ Bedding and towels are provided based on the number of confirmed guests in your booking. Need extras? Additional sets cost €12.50. ￫ The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers the final check-out cleaning. ￫ Staying 5 or more nights? You’ll get one free mid-stay cleaning (no linen or towel changes). ￫ For stays of 7 nights or more, we’ll include a mid-stay cleaning plus fresh bedding and towels. ￫ Extra cleanings are available for €15, or €25 with a bedding and towel change - just request at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Common areas are cleaned daily between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. ￫ Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. ￫ In compliance with Portuguese law, we’ll collect passport details from all guests. ￫ The property features noise monitoring sensors (don’t worry, no cameras or sound recording).
