- Bedroom & Private Bathroom Setup Measuring around 16 m², this private room includes a double bed, air conditioning, TV and open storage space. The bathroom is for the exclusive use of this room, but it is integrated into the bedroom rather than being a separate conventional room. The sink is open to the sleeping area, while the shower and toilet are set behind partially frosted glass partitions. This layout offers the convenience of a private bathroom, but with less visual and sound privacy than a traditional ensuite. It is best suited to solo travelers or couples who are fully comfortable with this arrangement. - Shared Living & Dining Area The guesthouse includes a shared living and dining area with a sofa, TV and dining table. There is also a shared balcony, ideal for a coffee or a quiet break between city plans. - Shared Kitchen The shared kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, making it easy to prepare breakfast or simple meals during your stay. Why Stay Here Stay in Avenidas Novas, a central, residential and well-connected part of Lisbon. Picoas Metro Station is around a 5-minute walk away, while Saldanha is approximately 7 minutes on foot, with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and useful everyday services close by. Some items are provided as a courtesy, such as basic hygiene products and coffee capsules; however, all other items must be purchased by the guest. ￫ Bedding and bath linen are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation.
