Location: - Situated on the 4th floor of a historic Lapa building, an area known for its embassies, palaces and elegance, the apartment stands out for its open views over the river. Please note that the building has no elevator. Living Room & Kitchenette: The living area blends comfort with natural light, featuring classic balcony windows that frame a unique Tagus River view. It includes: - Comfortable sofa-bed - Air conditioning - Dining table The fully equipped kitchenette is ideal for simple home-cooked meals, offering: - Stove and oven - Microwave - Refrigerator - Espresso machine (coffee not included) Bedrooms: The apartment offers two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. - Bedroom 1: double bed - Bedroom 2: single bed Please note: neither bedroom has air conditioning.
