Living & Dining Area: The bright open-plan living area is the heart of the home. High white wooden ceilings, abundant natural light and direct access to the garden create an inviting space for relaxing, dining and spending time together. A piano is also available for guests to enjoy, adding a unique touch to the atmosphere and making the space even more welcoming for quiet evenings or shared moments with family and friends. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen flows naturally into the living area and includes everything needed for everyday cooking, including an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and essential cookware. Bedrooms: Sleeping arrangements are well suited to families and groups, with two queen ensuite bedrooms, one bedroom with a sofa bed and another bedroom with four bunk beds. ￫ The property is self-catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper and other essentials. These items are offered on a welcome basis only – replacements or refills are not provided. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional set of bed linen and towels will be provided free of charge at check-in. ￫ Check-in starts from 16:00. Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ Check-out must be completed by 11:00. Before leaving, please return the keys. ￫ We are required by Portuguese law to collect passport or identification details from all guests before check-in. ￫ During your stay, you are responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the door lock or mailbox. If a locksmith or specialised technician is required to open the door, or if the keys and/or lock are damaged, the associated costs will be charged to the guest. A replacement fee will also apply in the event of lost keys. ￫ For stays of 28 nights or longer, monthly utility costs exceeding EUR 150 will be charged separately. By confirming the reservation, guests agree to these terms. ￫ A baby cot is available free of charge upon request. Please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival. ￫ The property uses an eco-friendly septic system. Please do not flush wet wipes, sanitary products, nappies or any non-biodegradable items down the toilet, as these may cause blockages. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in repair costs being charged to the guest, and we cannot guarantee that the system can be restored during your stay. ￫ Due to the property's natural surroundings, including nearby trees and vegetation, you may occasionally find leaves or other natural debris in the swimming pool. We make every effort to keep the pool clean, while preserving the peaceful natural setting. ￫ Our gardener carries out weekly maintenance of the garden and swimming pool. You can expect a weekly visit during your stay, and they will announce their arrival by ringing the doorbell. ￫ Parties and events are strictly prohibited. ￫ The number of guests present at the property must never exceed the number confirmed in the reservation (maximum of 6 adults and 4 children under 13 years old).
