Designed for two guests, it combines high ceilings, large windows and contemporary interiors with a fully equipped kitchen, a separate sleeping area behind sliding doors and a comfortable living space. Casa da Música, Cedofeita and Porto's historic centre are all within easy reach.

Located on the first floor of a traditional Porto building (no elevator), this beautifully renovated studio combines contemporary comfort with the generous proportions of classic architecture. High ceilings and oversized windows flood the apartment with natural light, creating an airy atmosphere that feels far more spacious than a typical studio. - Living & Dining Area The open-plan living area has been thoughtfully designed to create distinct spaces for relaxing and dining. After a day exploring Porto, unwind on the comfortable sofa with a book or enjoy a quiet evening in the bright and welcoming surroundings. While the apartment does not have a television, its calm atmosphere makes it an ideal place to disconnect and recharge. A dining table comfortably seats two guests for breakfast, meals or remote work. ￫ Kitchenette The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, oven, dishwasher, cooktop and Nespresso coffee machine. Its practical layout makes preparing meals simple while maintaining the clean, minimalist aesthetic of the apartment. ￫ Sleeping Area Separated from the living room by elegant sliding doors, the sleeping area offers additional privacy while preserving the studio's open feel. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. ￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys in the mailbox. ￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest.
