￫ The property is self-catered. When you arrive, you'll find some basic essentials like toiletries and toilet paper to get you started. Just a heads up: coffee and kitchen ingredients like salt and pepper aren't included, but feel free to bring your own and whip up something tasty! These essentials are provided for your first day, but replacements or refills aren’t available during your stay. ￫ Bed and bath linen are included for the number of guests in your reservation. If you're staying longer than 7 nights, you’ll get a fresh set of linens when you check in—on the house! ￫ The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning. If you need extra cleaning or fresh linens during your stay, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance—there’s a small fee for that. ￫ Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. You’ll get one set of keys for the apartment, so keep them safe! ￫ As required by Portuguese law, we’ll collect your passport details. ￫ Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please make sure to leave the keys in the lockbox before you head out. ￫ While you’re here, you’re responsible for keeping the keys safe and making sure they’re used correctly. Don’t leave them in the lock or mailbox. If a specialist needs to be called for door access or if there’s damage to the key/lock, the associated cost will be yours.
