This renovated loft-style studio combines original granite walls, a distinctive sloped ceiling and a clean, modern interior. Set in Vila Nova de Gaia, it offers a bright and practical base close to public transport and within easy reach of Gaia’s riverside and Porto’s historic centre. Studio 2A is accessed by steep stairs and opens into a single open-plan space with sleeping area, kitchenette, dining area and a small lounge corner. - Open-Plan Living, Dining & Sleeping Area The main room is bright and full of character, with exposed stone walls, white ceiling beams and several windows that bring in natural light and views over the surrounding area. The layout is simple and open, making the most of the loft-style architecture. The space includes a compact double bed (130cm x 200cm), dining table for two, TV, air conditioning, generous wardrobe storage and a lounge chair by the window. It is best suited for guests who want a stylish and practical base rather than a traditional apartment with separate rooms. - Kitchenette The kitchenette is integrated into the open-plan area and is designed for breakfasts, simple meals and light cooking during the stay.
