Spread across two floors, it offers two en-suite bedrooms, two living areas and private outdoor spaces, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The Space Living & Dining Areas: - Ground-floor living area with double sofa bed, armchair, TV and dining space. - Upstairs lounge with TV, single sofa bed, dedicated workspace and private balcony. - Independent access to the upper floor via an exterior staircase. Kitchen: - Fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. - Breakfast counter with stools, plus washing machine and dryer. Bedrooms: Two upstairs bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and private en-suite bathroom. Outdoor Areas: - Private ground-floor patio with dining table. - Outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. - Upstairs balcony with outdoor table. Location Located in Furadouro, the apartment is within walking distance of the beach, cafés, restaurants and local services. Praia do Furadouro is around 5 minutes away on foot, and the local coastal boardwalk is approximately 15 minutes away. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a welcome gesture only — replacements or refills are not provided. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 28 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided free of charge at check-in. ￫ The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers check-out cleaning only. Extra cleaning services or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an additional fee — these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in starts at 16:00 and check-out must be completed by 11:00. Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ During the stay, guests are responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. If a technician is required for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, any associated costs will be the guest’s responsibility.
